Objat FairPublishing date : 19/04/2011 the SERSIA genetic swipes all prizes!
The Objat Fair, one of the main beef competitions for Limousine breed took place last weekend in Corrèze, France.
Mr Rochard is a breeder of Haute-Vienne and selector of culards animals, he was the judge of this competition. During this day, the bulls progenies of France Limousin Testage won the 4 sections! Championship winners: · Cows of less than 4 years old: a daughter of EPSON (from the Moussours station, sold 3800€) · Cows from 4 to 6 years old: a daugther of UT MAJOR (a reference of the program, fattened in Moussours, weighing 1010 Kgs and sold 3300€) · Cows from 6 to 8 years old: a daughter of MAS DU CLO (sold 3600€) · Older cows: a daughter of IONESCO Note that the daughter of UT MAJEUR aroused great interest among the selectors who came very numerous to admire her.
