SERSIA France in Hungary

Milk production record in Hungary!

Publishing date : 22/06/2010

Sersia France' sales team comes back from a tour in eastern and central Europe, taking this occasion to meet its partners and visit different herds. This is in Hungary, where the tour ends, that we met Agnes, exploitation manager, at Mezofalvai.

This ex state farm created in 1975, and privatized in the 90’s, has got 980 cows that produce 9 million liters of milk last year. This record is the result of a hard genetic selection, including Sersia France products: the 8 ROUKI’s daughters give the best first lactation (with 12 083 liters). While KEDVES, daughter of HONNEUR LEAD, she produced 104 923 kg of milk in 7 lactations, when the last one is more than 17 000 kg.

We were glad to salute this success by giving to Agnes a SERSIA Award, granting this passionate and deserving herd manager, and her team.
